Sequels are the new trend of Bollywood. As soon as the film hits the silver screen producers and directors start working on the sequels or prequels of the film. Though the plots of the first film and its sequel differs mostly still the filmmakers are always on for the sequels.
However being the huge Bollywood buffs that we Indians are we also wait for the sequels eagerly. Especially if we loved and enjoyed the previous part of the film. There are a few sequels that will be released this year and we can’t wait anymore.

1. 2.0
It’s a sequel to Rajnikanth’s ‘Robot‘ and the best part of the film is that Akshay Kumar is going to play a negative role in this film.
2. Housefull 4
The fourth sequence of Sajid Nadiadwala’s comedy series ‘Housefull‘ will be released during Diwali this year.
3. Race 3
Salman and Jacqueline will be working in this part of the ‘Race‘ series and Salman himself shared this big news on ‘Bigg Boss season 11‘ recently.
4. Total Dhamaal
This film is going to be a very special one because it will show the reunion of Madhuri Dixit and Anil Kapoor. Also, the cast includes Arshad Warsi, Riteish Deshmukh, and Ajay Devgn.
5. English Vinglish 2
Sridevi’s superhit comeback and Gauri Shinde’s superhit film ‘English Vinglish‘ will also be releasing its second part.
6. Sher Singh
‘Sher Singh‘ is the sequel to ‘Singh is Kinng‘ and Ranveer Singh will be filling in for Akshay Kumar in this film.
7. Student Of The Year 2
KJo is going to release the sequel to his film ‘Student Of The Year‘ and the film is going to feature Tiger Shroff.
8. Don 3
The third part of the superhit ‘Don‘ series is also work-in-progress. The film is also going to show Deepika Padukone in an all-new Avatar.
9. Yamla Pagla Deewana 3
The father-son trio is all set for the third part of their comic series ‘Yamla Pagla Deewana‘. Bobby Deol recently shared a picture of their visit to Golden Temple where they were shooting for the sequel.
10. No Entry Mein Entry
The rumors are circulating that due the epic success of ‘No Entry‘ the filmmakers are now planning a sequel with Anil Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor. Arjun Kapoor may replace Salman Khan in this film.
