1. Trans- Allegheny Lunatic Asylum, West Virginia

The asylums have always been a common place for all the paranormal activities. Allegheny lunatic asylum was also one of them. This asylum was built for a limited number of patients but later on the population of the asylum constantly increased and the lunatics were forced to live in a compact place leading into a lot of violence. That’s why soon cases of patients killing other patients started occurring. There were so many reported and unreported cases of killings and after the hospital was shut down the place became reportedly haunted.

Though the church has a lot of beautiful areas in it, the place is still a home to a lot of ghosts. Not many people know about the real story behind why the church has so many paranormal mysteries but nonetheless, they are still there.

The above picture looks like a scene from some haunted movie. The factory was set to be shut down while the production of porcelain dolls was going on. People say that the whole building is cursed and people have even found out some remnants of burned bodies in the factory. The whole factory is stacked with empty boxes, porcelain dolls with missing body parts etc.

5. St. George’s Church, Czech Republic

The abandoned church was declared as a cursed building after the ceiling fell during a funeral service in the year 1968. After this incident, the local public named it as a bad omen and closed down the church. Since then the church has been devoid of any worshippers but the corridors and the praying area has the ghostly shrouded figures. People have also experienced some weird things here. Maybe the ghostly figures are not just figures, maybe they are “ghostly” as well.

Nara dreamland is an amusement park and most of the areas are actually inspired from the Disney land including the sleeping beauty castle. The place has no such background story but people have said that they hear weird screaming noises in the park. The park was closed after it failed in attracting enough people.

7. Bermuda Triangle

One of the most mysterious places in the world is Bermuda triangle. The small area of the sea which is famously named as the Bermuda triangle is quite dangerous. The ships and even aircrafts go missing if they mistakenly enter into the triangle. While nobody knows the answers for why’s, where’s and how’s. The place has always attracted researchers and scientists.

8. South Carolina State Hospital, South Carolina

The picture itself says a lot about the said place. This hospital was actually an asylum and just like any other asylum this also has some horror stories behind it. The place had some architectural issues and later on, the hospital had a huge number of admissions of lunatics. The architectural problems followed by the space issue for patients led to a lot of unreported stuff. Later on, the hospital was closed but the ghosts are still believed to be lingering under the same roof.

9. Whittingham asylum, England

Just like any other asylum, this was also no exception to horror activities. The place was closed in 1995 after there were reports of increased attacks on nurses and patients dying.

10. Chateau de Noisy, Belgium

Chateau de Noisy is a castle that is situated in Belgium. The ceiling of the castle fell once and since then the family sort of disowned the castle. They tried to sell the place many times but failed and since then the only thing that accompanies the castle is the haunting and eerie silence.
