It’s often seeing two actors falling in love and getting married later. But for a change, there has been a new trend in the industry and that is that actors are getting married but instead of love marriages, they prefer an arranged marriage.
There are a number of couples who have recently gotten married in the industry and most of these marriages were arranged.

1. Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput
Mira and Shahid met each other through a religious group Radha Soami. Their parents were the one who fixed this marriage.
2. Karan Patel and Ankita Bhargava
Karan Patel and Ankita Bhargava met each other through common connections. Ankita’s father works with Karan Patel and they both met each other at a party that Ankita’s father threw at their house. After a few days, they expressed their feelings for each other. So it was an arranged marriage.
3. Vivek Oberoi and Priyanka Alva
Vivek and Priyanka’s marriage was a typical arranged marriage. Their marriage was arranged by Vivek’s father Suresh Oberoi.
4. Madhuri Dixit and Dr. Shriram Nene
Madhuri confessed that she and Dr. Nene had an arranged marriage. Not just that Madhuri also confessed in an interview that before their wedding Dr. Nene didn’t even know that she was a Bollywood actress and was a famous personality in India.
5. Dhanush and Aishwarya
Dhanush married Rajnikanth’s daughter Aishwarya. He accepted in an interview that their couple was arranged to get married by their parents.
6. Jay Soni and Pooja Shah
Jay’s and Pooja’s parents arranged their meeting and from then on the couple has been very much in love. Jay confesses that he loves Pooja too much.
7. Neil Nitin Mukesh and Rukmini Sahay
Neil and Rukmini are one of the most adorable couples of Bollywood. The couple got married in the year 2017 and their marriage was arranged by their family members. And in an interview, Neil accepted that he actually supports this concept and is rather happy about it.
8. Raj Kapoor and Krishna Raj Kapoor
Raj Kapoor and Krishna Kapoor are actually relatives and they both had an arranged marriage. According to an interview, Raj Kapoor himself revealed that their marriage was arranged by Prithviraj Kapoor. Krishna Kapoor is Raj Kapoor’s ‘Bua’.
