Class is a mysterious essence that comes in various forms. A woman’s sense of herself and her self-worth is what defines her class. Being classy means having confidence, kindness, courtesy, a little badass and a very distinctive style.
A lady never let her mood affect her work. Self-respect, appreciation, and etiquette are what defines a lady. Everyone wants to be a lady but they misinterpret the concept of being a lady. A lady is more refined then most of the girls combined.

1. Never be mean to other women
A classy lady is never mean to other women. Even if the other woman is spiteful she would still be polite and go with her life.
2. Never use vulgar language
She refrains herself from using bad words or abusive language. She knows that her language represents her mind and heart.
3. Dress tastefully
She always dresses with dignity. Her dresses may not be very expensive but they fit her right, are wrinkle-free and cover her properly.
4. Be well read
It’s a very important trait of a classy woman. A classy woman is well read and is intelligent.
5. Call always on time
A classy lady knows that calling before 9 a.m. and after 9 p.m. is rude and she avoids it.
6. Introduce yourself properly always
Never say ‘hello’ or ‘hi’ while meeting new people. Always say ‘it’s a pleasure to meet you’. When she speaks she speaks with confidence. Refrain yourself from using ‘hi’ or ‘umm’. This makes you look unrefined.
7. Be punctual
She knows that a persons time is very important and that’s why she reaches everywhere on time.
8. Use proper words while talking
She uses ‘no, thank you’ and ‘yes, please’ instead of ‘no, nope, nah, yeah, yup’.
9. Compliment sincerely
She only compliments when she feels sincere about it. She knows that insecurities are hard to hide.
10. Be considerate
She always is considerate and offers her help to those who are in need.
11. Send your gratitude for invitations
When she receives any invitations she promptly RSVPs or declines. She also sends a handwritten thank you note to the sender.
12. Never arrive empty-handed in a party
When arriving at a party she will never arrive empty-handed. She always brings a gift for the host to appreciate all the hardwork the host did for the party.
13. Always keep your promise
She knows that a lady will always be judged by her words and she makes sure that she keeps all her promise.
14. You never call him
A classy lady also knows her worth. She never calls her man because she knows that she deserves to be pursued.
15. Never be petty
She is never jealous of other women. She knows what she is and where she stands. She also knows that she is her own competition.
16. Stay calm and dignified
It’s not like a classy-lady never gets upset or angry. They do get upset and angry but they don’t let their mood affect their behaviour around others. She deals with the issues and not the person.
17. Don’t just be a model, be a role model
She is a woman of substance. She inspires other women. She is talented in all the areas and every other person wants to be like her.
18. Never be a snobby bitch
Never be snobby and bitchy around other people. Have a heart of gratitude and generosity. Treat everyone with respect.
19. Never be deceived by looks
She knows that looks are not the only thing in the world and she never gets deceived by looks. She knows that buying expensive clothes won’t make classy instead it’s her thoughts and heart that make her classy and elegant.
20. First, listen then speak
She listens to everyone around her properly and then she puts up her point.
21. Have a strong sense of right and wrong
She doesn’t believe everything that she hears or sees. She knows that with every mouth the story changes. That’s why she likes to know the truth herself.
22. Great your elders with respect
Always acknowledge your elders with “sir” or “ma’am”. When she addresses a man she says ‘Mr’ and while addressing a woman she says ‘Mrs/Miss’ with their last name. She never uses their first name or nickname until she is given the green signal to do that.
