BJP Slams Congress Of ‘Political Vulturism’; Video Clip Of Rahul-Priyanka Laughing On Their Way To Hathras

Blaming the Congress for “political vulturism”, the BJP focused over a video in which Rahul and Priyanka Gandhi can be seen laughing while heading to Hathras to meet the family of the 19-year-old victim.

Rahul-Priyanka laughing on their way to Hathras shows an absence of sympathy, said BJP representative Gaurav Bhatia.

The BJP’s statement comes after the UP organization permitted five individuals of a delegation of MPs led by Rahul Gandhi to go to Hathras via Noida considering the restrictions imposed under CrPC Section 144.

The Congress chiefs headed for Hathras in western UP to meet the family members of the 19-year-old lady who passed on Tuesday in Delhi’s Safdarjung Hospital.

The presence of heavy security at DND flyway led to massive traffic jams today afternoon.

Today, Union Minister Smriti Irani had named Rahul Gandhi’s visit to Hathras today a political contrivance with no aim of looking for justice for the victim’s family.

Talking to media Irani said, “People are aware of Congress’s tactics and that is why they ensured a historic win for BJP in 2019 polls. People understand that their (Rahul and Priyanka Gandhi) visit to Hathras is for their politics and not for justice to the victim.”

On Friday, Rahul has blamed the UP government for brutality to conceal the reality of the Hathras occurrence charging that the relatives of the victims were being beaten.

He also shared a video of a small child in the victim’s village telling the media that the woman’s family members were being beaten up and threatened by the authorities and were not being allowed to meet anyone.
