‘Anger’ is one letter short of ‘Danger’. We all become angry when everything doesn’t go according to our wish or if someone irritates us or do such things which we can’t handle.
You have the right to be angry but sometimes this type of nature make us do something bad which ruin our relationship with people. And sometimes we also harm ourselves. It’s very important to control your anger.
If you cannot help yourself then don’t worry I will tell you some steps by which you can say “bye” to your anger. So, come on have a look.
1. Stay open
It is possible that other peoples also become angry like you do. And they can also feel that you were wrong. People see things differently so say whatever you feel. If you don’t like something with someone say it openly and respect each and everyone’s point of view.
2. Find a solution
Don’t focus on what people did with you just focus on your goals and what you had to achieve. Instead of finding faults in others first look at yourselves you will find the solutions on your own.
3. Divert your mind
Just divert your mind from your problems. Do something which makes you feel happy, dance, play, cook and anything which you love to do. Think something good and try to forgive people.
4. Ask questions to yourself
Ask questions to yourself that why it is bothering you so much? Is that so important? Ask yourself that why are you feeling so angry? Because the person who made you angry is not following you or you had not listened to him.
5. Start counting
It’s easy and a good way to control your anger. Count till 10 before expressing your anger. It will make your mind cool as well as able you to not to react suddenly. It will also help in controlling anger. So, start counting till 10 and see the results on your own.
6. Meditation is the best medicine
Meditation is that healing process which directly talks to God. And if you are at God’s feet then there is no tension at all. Regular meditation will help you to settle the restless life from which you are fed up off. You can also join meditation center.
7. Question yourself first
When we get stressed or when anger surrounds us from all side, we blame others for the silly things. I advise you to see yourself first. Ask the question to yourself that who is responsible for the fault? And why it is bothering you so much that you are losing your temper?
8. Share your feelings
It’s better to speak rather than keeping quiet. If you’re angry with someone then say it out. Try to share your feelings. If you don’t like anything say it. If something is hurting you say it. But never try to solve it on your own before talking to anyone.
