Palghar Mob Lynching Case- 89 Accused Granted Bail In Palghar Lynching Case

A special court in Maharashtra’s Thane conceded bail to 89 individuals blamed for the situation for the devious lynching of two Hindu seers and their driver in April 2020 in State’s Palghar region.

Subsequent to hearing the arguments for bail of the 89 charged for the situation on former 6 January, District Judge SB Bahalkar chose to release the accused people on a bail of Rs 15,000 each and surety.

The bail alleviation for 89 denounced for the situation comes after the Special Public Prosecutor Satish Maneshinde told the court that the blamed looking for bail were available at the wrongdoing scene yet played no active role in the crime.

The police had after the occurrence documented a case against more than 500 unidentified people from the tribal villages of the State’s Kasa under charges of murder and other sections. In total, 246 were accused in the brutal case of lynching. However, 115 of them are already out on bail and the new order paves the way for the release of 89 more.
