‘Signs Of Force And Penetration’ Says Aligarh Hospital’s Report Of The Hathras Victim

The medical report of the 19-year-old Hathras victim arranged by Aligarh Muslim University’s Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College uncovered that force was used on the 19-year-old girl. The report presumed that there were “indications of the utilization of force and penetration”.

The report, which was set up by forensic specialists after the assessment of the girl, expresses that semen was not found. One of the specialists affirmed the utilization of force and expressed, “Opinions regarding penetration and intercourse are subject to the pending availability of FSL reports.”

As indicated by page 23 of the report, complete penetration of the vagina, even as semen was not found in the body of the deceased. The doctors observed that the girl was unconscious at the time of the incident.

“Trauma during or after the occurrence”, was likewise referenced in the report. The report, which has been signed by the assistant professor of the forensic department, Dr. Faiz Ahmed, states that the girl had alleged sexual assault by four men in her statement.

According to the subtleties given by the 19-year-old young lady, she had been “choked” and “strangulated” with her dupatta. The victim had also told the doctors that the accused men had verbally threatened to kill her, The Times of India reported. At the time of the examination, the girl had named four men – Sandeep, Ramu, Love Kush, and Ravi as the accused.

MF Huda, the director of the Neurosurgery office had kept in touch with the clinical official, illuminating him that the lady was in a critical condition and had mentioned him to arrange “for magistrate for dying declaration”.

The young lady recorded her announcement before a judge on September 22, following which, her samples were sent to the forensics lab for assessment.

The FSL report of Agra contends that the lady was not raped. ADG Prashant Kumar had said concerning the FSL report, “according to the report, no semen was found in the viscera test.”

The post-mortem report of the victim, presented by the Safdarjung Hospital expressed that the young lady’s hymen had “multiple old healed tears” and “anal orifice showed old healed tear”. As per the post-mortem report, the girl’s death was caused by assault.
