Rajya Sabha MP Subramanian Swamy Sunday dragged the Prime Minister’s workplace (PMO) into his running battle with the Bharatiya Janata Party’s national social media and IT head Amit Malviya.
This prompted a response from BJP leader Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga who aforementioned Swamy had ditched the BJP once in favour of Congress chief Sonia Gandhi.
In a series of tweets Sunday morning, hours once BJP’s new team was declared and it had been illustrious that Malviya will continue as the IT head, Swamy said he had tweeted against Malviya earlier to examine whether or not tweets against the previous were supported by the latter or not. On seven September, Swamy had suspect Malviya of running a smear campaign against him mistreatment pretend tweets.
In his latest salvo, Swamy accused Hiren Joshi, the OSD (Communications & data Technology) within the PMO, of running the fake tweets campaign against him.
“Now that Malaviya has been reappointed, I even have this to say: My earlier tweet was to check whether or not Malviya supported fake ID tweets on his own or not. Currently, it’s clear. PMO Haren Joshi (sic) was behind it. I have written to PM period of time more or less agone transferral this to his notice with documents,” he said.
In another tweet sent as a response to a Twitter user, Swamy aforementioned, “I will realize out. CBI reports on to PM. ED reports to FM. NCB reports to FM.” It wasn’t straightaway clear what prompted this response.
Earlier on Saturday, back to a different Twitter user who found out that Malviya has not been take away despite Swamy’s allegations, the MP said, “As I said I will be able to defend myself if the party doesn’t remove him. therefore line clear.”
Soon after Swamy’s tweets, BJP’s Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga hit back at the party MP and questioned his loyalty. Bagga accused Swamy of ditching the Atal Bihari Vajpayee government in favour of Sonia Gandhi in the late 1990s.
He also questioned Swamy over his alleged change in position over the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS).
